She thanks the adapter for their help before disappearing. Mathers leaves ALICE, Kotori Itsuka and the other spirits start to fade away and return as well. Mathers, she still survives and escapes, much to Kotori Itsuka's surprise. Even when Kurumi Tokisaki provides assistance to the rest of the spirits in order to defeat Ellen M. Mathers, but Kotori Itsuka is shocked by how powerful she is. All of the spirits help in the fight against Ellen M.
Kotori Itsuka explains they had found another teleporter, and she refuses to have the spirits stop interfering when Ellen M. Mathers, who is surprised to find them in ALICE. Mathers was attacking, so they go to help. Shortly afterwards, they get a message from Sandalphon and Metatron that Ellen M. Origami Tobiichi just says it must have been bad luck. Kotori Itsuka explains to Miku Izayoi and the adapter on what to do, and once Origami Tobiichi is returned to normal Kotori Itsuka explains what is going on and asks what happened to her. They soon find Origiami Tobiichi, but Kotori Itsuka quickly realizes that she is being controlled by someone else. Once that settles down, Kotori Itsuka asks Natsumi what she was going to say, and Natsumi mentions where she had seen Origami Tobiichi. Natsumi accidentally transforms to her actual form during the conversation, and gets mad at the adapter for what she perceives as an insult. They soon find Natsumi, and Kotori Itsuka introduces the adapter to her and explains the situation. They soon realize that Natsumi and Origami Tobiichi are missing, so they change their focus slightly in order to locate them.
Sandalphon and Metatron work with the spirits to form a plan with them, and they go off to help the angel AIs while the spirits work with the adapter to find Ellen M. Kotori Itsuka helps calm them down, and explains the situation regarding Ellen M. She accompanies them through Belials tour, and like the others pressures Accelerator to fight against Belial so they can see their power. She ends up in ALICE through unknown reasons, much like Accelerator and Last Order. They ask what's going on, and some of the spirits get defensive before the adapter has to step in and get both sides to calm down. Esther Rosenthal is a character from A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Accelerator. Once they manage to arrive in ALICE, they soon run into Sandalphon and Metatron. Mathers' plan to travel to ALICE to enslave the angel AIs there. She leads the spirits from Tohka Yatogami's world when they discover Ellen M.
